Western Addition Community Technology Center
The WACTC offers a wide range of high quality creative and professional courses, projects, programs, and opportunities for the whole community. The Center follows trends and community desires by constantly staying on top of new directions and building classes and content for the citizens of the San Francisco Western Addition.​ The WACTC also aids in job search by providing job fairs and assistance in job search, resume and cover letter writing, and job readiness skills.
Prince Hall Computer Learning Center
We are pleased to welcome aboard the Prince Hall Learning Center (PHCLC). The Learning Center becomes a member of a number of community outreach programs under the umbrella of the Allen Community Development Corporation (ACDC). The PHCLC is operated with funding from the Allen Community Housing Initiative LLC. This is the housing arm of ACDC. We look forward to expanding our services in the community as we explore the on going needs of the community.

Connecting Our Vets​
The purpose of Allen CDC and Western Addition CTC Veteran's Alliance Initiative is to provide services, in collaboration and partnership with established and existing Veteran's programs locally, statewide, regionally and nationally. Our mission is to provide proactive, responsive education, training, job creation and resource development services for veterans transitioning to civilian life and employment.
Allen Community Housing Initiative, LLC
Allen Community Housing Initiative, LLC is a "New" community endeavor to develop partnerships with existing community based organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and primarily focused in the Western Addition. Its mission is to develop community opportunities that will stimulate growth, build capacity that will lead to economic, education and job creation sustainability.
